Urgent Repairs

Emergency Repair Information

Usual office hours are 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Please use this guide to report EMERGENCY repairs only out of these hours.
- Urgent Electrical Repairs: 0433 832 431
- Urgent Plumbing Repairs: 0426 061 209
If the matter is non-urgent, please report all the repairs to phoebe@graceproperty.com.au with photos and details of the repair.

The following are considered urgent repairs:

burst water service or a serious water service leak
serious roof leak
gas leak
dangerous electrical fault
flooding or serious flood damage
failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
failure or breakdown of the hot water service
fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure
